Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?
A: Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may take 8-21 days from the time of purchase to shipping your order unless is specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 5-10 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description too.


Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
A: An order confirmation will be sent to your email after purchase with a tracking number, and you can also track it on the order tracking page on our website.


Q: HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM? WHAT DO I DO ?
A: Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and contact us or email the photo to our Customer Care team support@heatlo.comalong with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. You must contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery. If you report a damaged item past 30 days of delivery a refund cannot be issued.


Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGE?
A: We do our best to respond to inquiries within 1-3 hours, but please allow up to 24 hrs, especially on weekends or holidays.
